If you're running late
Being late happens to everyone: traffic, work, the kids. What happens next depends on the clinic's schedule that day:
- If nobody's booked after you: we may be able to wait a little longer, and we'll call you more than once.
- If your delay reaches the next patient's appointment: this appointment is cancelled, and we'll call you to arrange a new one from the times available.
Either way, tell us as soon as you know you'll be late, by phone or WhatsApp.
Why it works this way
Every appointment at the clinic has its own time, and the patient after you is waiting for their turn too. So if your delay reaches their time, we arrange a new one with you.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment
