What if your policy reimburses you?
What gets paid back is set by your contract with your insurer, not by the clinic. So ask your insurer first which documents they need, and if you have a question about the paperwork, let us know.
How to pay at the clinic
- By card. A debit card or a credit card.
- With your phone. Contactless payment.

Questions people ask
Does the clinic accept health insurance?
No, not with any insurer. You pay the clinic, and if your policy reimburses you, you send the paperwork to your insurer yourself.
Are there payment plans?
No. After the examination, you can talk to the doctor about splitting the plan into stages, starting with what matters most. There is more on the cost page.
Can I find out the cost beforehand, so I can check with my insurer?
The cost is discussed after the examination, because it depends on your own case, and nobody can put a number on teeth they haven't seen. Once you've been examined, you'll know the cost and can ask your insurer about it.
